Our team collectively represents over 24 years of real estate experience, ranging from investment sales to owning and managing a family portfolio of 162 residential units across New York and New Jersey. Furthermore, founders  Dimitri and Austin have collectively sourced and closed over 150 exclusive listings with a total transaction value of over $742.4 million.

Furthermore, Gravity specializes in the handling of all trust & estate sales, with a focus on multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, and development sites, allowing us to master these property types and provide superior value to our clients.
